With just a slight learning curve and setup time, you will be budgeting, collaborating, and “remembering” (even if it takes reminders) all of the people to whom you’d love to express your love through gifts, even if just through a card. My wife and I just finished using their Christmas app to SUCCESSFULLY keep track of gifts and budget, in detail, for the first time ever! Downloaded it straightaway. So easy to use and so useful. The only downside is I cannot include everyone I buy presents for then figured I would just add the next one coming up as one has gone by. I’ve got lots of people that I purchase gifts for through the year & this will be very useful In keeping track of what I’ve purchased & what I still need to purchase. Another feature that will be appreciated is keeping track of what’s been spent. It’s great to have this on my cell phone because I always have it with me. Now I don’t have to go old school & carry a notebook with all of the details about birthday purchases. I’ve already used the Christmas Gift app by the same developer & based on my experience with that I know this will meet with all my expectations. I only used it for the birthday reminders not the budget options. I think it just hasn’t been updated in so long. I missed two birthdays and felt awful. On to a new one. ### 1/5 — Can’t hide the gift list, it’s in view as soon as you open the app *2023-01-01* 🫣 ### 1/5 — Why... *2022-11-03* I try to type the birthday and it says I need dashes, so I put 01-01-11 (example). Then it's says I can't have dashes. So I remove them. And it says I need them 🫠 **Developer response:** The date format for year needs to be 4 digits. In your example it only has 2 which is why the app is showing you the error. I have the Christmas one too but wish it was one combined app. It’s a pain flicking between the two. Especially if you have a lot of December birthdays and are trying to plan birthday and Christmas presents at the same time. I switched from android to iPhone this year and the Christmas present app I’d been using wasn’t available. I downloaded the Christmas app from this company and was very pleased with it. After using it for a while I again got the urge to find a birthday app and found this one. It works great. I love the ideas feature, tracking what has been bought, received, and wrapped s as well as seeing what I’ve spent at a glance. Also love the rolling calendar so the upcoming birthdays are shown first but part ones are way to find. I appreciate that birth years are optional because in some cases I don’t remember and don’t care about their age. I use the Christmas app from this developer as well and it is fantastic. Same concept - just for birthdays. This keeps me organized. I manually add other holidays that I purchase for like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, my wedding anniversary. I wish there was a way to import specific holidays that you gift for into this.
