This app is amazing! It is packed with digestible information. It shows you how to do the exercises, tells you why they’re important, and how you’ll benefit from them. I love how seamlessly I can move through the program and go back if I want to. I am in the postpartum phase and I wish I had this during my pregnancy. I highly recommend!
