It takes almost 45 mins to 1 hour post food getting ready for pick up !Best is to order over Swiggy / Zomato or order something else! But you guys should really think through the first impression. The food costs same when ordered from your app or other food ordering platform. Time taken is more. And don’t even get me started on the coupons the first time coupon had some restrictions like min order amount. The general order coupon had restriction that it can be used only by old user. I placed an order through the official Biryani By Kilo app, and the order was accepted. After waiting for around 25 minutes, I received a call from the store asking me to cancel the order and place it again through Zomato because they didn’t have a delivery partner available. My question is simple: if you didn’t have a delivery executive, why did you accept the order in the first place? I refused to cancel because it wasn’t my mistake. After making me wait for another 15 minutes, the store finally cancelled my order themselves, wasting nearly 40 minutes of my time. To make matters worse, I was informed that my refund would take 4–5 days to be processed. This is extremely poor customer service. Not everyone can afford to have their money blocked for several days. What if someone had limited funds and was depending on that money to order food? Accepting orders without the ability to fulfill them and then asking customers to cancel is completely unprofessional. I expect Biryani By Kilo to improve its order management and ensure that delivery availability is verified before accepting orders. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Delivery charges *2026-04-15* These guys make fool to their customers. I place a order by their app because there is no option for direct order. I placed order at their shop and pick up my order by myself. Still these guys put delivery charges to me. Your plans he ruined waiting for the food. ### 1/5 — Management is now become worst *2025-12-10* In every startup once business is enter in good margin zone, management start loosing their focus on overall quality. This is same thing happened now with BBK. If you add coupon on Bbk app so their app will not work and just because of that time pass for trying multiple times for payment which is not happening and if it’s 11 PM you can’t place order but you can place Oder with other food delivery partner on higher rate with same kitchen.
