## What is Bisat?

Bsat is your all-in-one app for carpets, moquette and parquet — from browsing to installation.

We bring flooring warehouses and stores together in one place, let you preview products in your own home before you buy, and provide delivery, installation and on-site inspection by certified technicians.

Try It at Home with AR
See a carpet, moquette or parquet on your actual floor at real scale through your phone's camera, and save the rooms you've tried to revisit later.

Shop with Ease
• Browse by type, category or store, or search directly
• Products sold per piece or per meter, with the total cost including tax calculated automatically
• Order from multiple merchants in a single checkout
• Save your favorites and compare

Accurate On-Site Inspection
For large projects and irregular spaces, request a technician visit to take precise measurements and prepare a detailed inspection report.

Delivery & Installation
• Delivery to your address in supported cities
• Professional installation by certified technicians, with after-installation photo documentation
• Track your order step by step, from preparation to delivery

Secure Payments & Wallet
Pay the way that suits you, and keep track of your wallet balance and transaction history in the app.

Instant Notifications
Real-time updates on order status, inspection and installation appointments, and new offers.

Ratings & Support
Rate your experience after every order, and reach our support team directly from the app.

For Delegates & Technicians
Register as a delivery delegate or installation technician, receive assigned tasks, carry them out in the field, and document handover — all from the same app.

Available in Arabic and English. Browse products and try AR as a guest, no sign-up required.
