## What is BisoBus?

BisoBus makes it easy to book bus tickets in the Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville).

WITH BISOBUS YOU CAN:
• browse departures, times, prices and available seats;
• filter by time, price or company;
• enter passenger details and get one ticket per passenger;
• choose your seat on the bus plan, when the agency offers it;
• choose your boarding and drop-off points;
• pay with Mobile Money (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo), confirmed on your phone;
• receive an e-ticket with a QR code to show at departure;
• get a reminder before departure, by e-mail or SMS depending on the company;
• find your upcoming trips, past tickets and travel messages.

MOBILE MONEY PAYMENT
Choose your operator, enter your number and confirm the request on your phone. BisoBus recognises your number’s operator to prevent mistakes before you pay.

SIMPLE BOOKING
Your cart is held for a few minutes while you complete the booking. Nothing is charged when you choose an operator: you then confirm the payment on your phone.

CLEAR CANCELLATION
The company’s cancellation terms are shown before you confirm, with the refundable amount. When a cancellation is eligible for a refund, it is sent to the Mobile Money number you paid with.

EASY ACCOUNT
Create an account with an e-mail address and a password. Other passengers on the same booking do not need an account.

Schedules, prices, vehicles and availability are provided and managed by the partner transport agencies on BisoBus.
