It takes far too long to log in, and frequently logs you out. Attaching photos doesn’t always work, and sudden error messages are not uncommon. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Need a complete rebuild. ### 1/5 — horrible. *2025-04-09* we use this app at work. it all ways freezes up. to where you have to start all over. do not recommend ### 1/5 — Scanning function broken! Not useable *2024-07-12* The scanning function will scan the barcode but about 80% of the time it just closes the app once it reads the scan - you then have to log back in and keep trying until it works again…. Every update creates new issues that take months to resolve. If your business operating system requires this app to complete any functions then I wish you luck with patience. If you can stay away from this app, you’ll do your self a huge favour. ### 1/5 — Smooth Until *2023-09-20* This app works very well, it was and is super smooth once you get it setup using company settings. The catch/glitch I found was that upgrading from an iPhone 8+ to an iPhone 12 PRO max the camera barcode scanner has stopped working almost entirely, there is no zoom feature contained within the app and the focal length just doesn’t want to scan. I suppose it is possible I am doing something wrong but the barcode scanner just flat doesn’t work anymore on my new phone. I get close to the barcode and the image blurs, I get far enough away to have a clear view and the reader doesn’t work because the barcode doesn’t fill the screen. Update: on version 199 they added a zoom and focus slider to the barcode scanner, on version 206 it’s gone again… functionality back to almost ZERO ### 1/5 — Need to update the app is using the wrong camera on the iPhone *2023-04-11* Need to update the app is using the wrong camera on the iPhone to scan it can’t focus on barcode ### 1/5 — Several issues iPhone 13 Pro *2023-02-22* Having issues using the barcode scanner. It works when it wants to. If you’re going to work on this, the issue I’m having is in low light areas. I work outside in the morning and this app is the absolute worst part of my morning. There’s a flash feature that doesn’t work. Fix the scanner to work in low light. Since I work outside, rain or shine, when my screen gets wet it likes to clear the sales order number that took me 2 minutes to scan because every time I take a picture it highlights the order number and a rain drop clears it. So, why does a key pad come up EVERY TIME I select use photo? After scanning a barcode, a key pad shouldn’t pop up unless you click on the order number box. Lack of efficiency is my opinion. ### 2/5 — Needs to be more simple *2024-09-26* Combine the status and camera pages. Make the camera capable of adding 5-10 pictures at a time then add the delivered/picked up slider to the same page. The app tries to send these mistyped orders so rapidly that it creates multiple duplicate entries, which then become a hassle to delete one by one. I’d like to request a feature that allows users to select multiple orders at once, so we can delete all mistyped entries from the "Unset Items" tab. This would be incredibly helpful! ### 3/5 — Journey Aware changing drop order by itself *2024-03-14* We don’t have route optimisation setup in BisTrack but the app keeps changing drivers drop order randomly it seems. This is reflected back in BisTrack too. It wasn’t happening before we enabled Journey Aware on each device.
