BiSU is a water and market products delivery application.

Within the scope of the UNICEF & BiSU partnership, for every order you place with BiSU, we meet
the daily water intake requirement of 1 child who does not have access to clean water for 1 day on
your behalf.

You can view and compare pH values, branch service ratings, carboy water prices, product varieties
(carboy water, glass carboy water, or bottled water), and payment options of the brands.
Moreover, you can choose a delivery time that is most convenient for you. Payments can be made at

They have financial problems and vendors keep refusing prepaid package payments. When you ask for refund, it takes forever and you get only pocket change.

I placed an order and they did not deliver one of the waters. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund my credit card, but they did not give a refund for the water that I ordered and not delivered.
Bad service, bad app. Do not use this app!

Su siparişim 3 saatte geldi. Yarım saatte kapıda olacağı söylendi fakat gerçekler çok farklı. Ayrıca müşteri hizmetlerine zor ulaştım. Yoğunluk olduğumu geleceğini söylemesinden sonra bile 1 saat geçti. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Rakip uygulamalar daha başarılı. Sürekli yarım saate geliyor diyorlar fakat ortada su yok. En azından geç kalacak diye uyarmaları lazım. Susuz kalmak istemezdim. Tavsiye etmiyorum,sakın indirmeyin.

Abant cam damacana su stoklara girmiyor. Yakında gelecek diye yazıyor fakat günlerdir yok. Ben telefonla açıp uğraşmamak icin bisu indirdirdim. Ama işimi görmüyor maalesef.
