I have been using this app for the last month or so and when I first started I expected it to be similar to the other mining apps but it’s different! I was actually making a profit and I just had to watch about 20 ads a day! Now I have over a hundred dollars and was looking into cashing out but in order to pass kyc I need a dollar in usdc, which you can’t use your profits from mining on. So I contacted customer service and they were willing to help me for a fee. The route in which they wanted to use was inaccessible to me so I struggled and tried to figure out how to get it done for myself. Well, I messed up and sent the wrong token to the correct address. Because this is a noncustodial wallet, I am unable to do anything to get my money back and Grok suggested I contact customer support. The answer I received from them was rude and unprofessional and basically sorry for your loss sucker! I know they have just pocketed my $10! How rude! Not impressed! The info I was given to make my deposit was mixed information and contributed to me making the mistake I did! I am planning on getting my full weeks worth of earning in and will be cashing out and deleting this app! Like I said, I thought it was a great app and a great way to make a little side income or more if you are able but if customer service refuses to help with such a small issue, they are not who they represent themselves to be. They are greedy and unprofessional. Not a bad app! Just bad customer support! Not a bad idea or concept, just bad representation!
