GP event was unable to move the scooters are pointless - Doesn’t work don’t event try - No clear description of what the requirements are - Setup repeatedly fails with obtuse reasons - Won’t even let me sign up - Tried to get around Florence for the past day and a half this app won’t even let me register my information - Tried multiple different emails and trying to use a different phone number nothing will work - Took ages to set up an account - Was charged €20 for 61 minutes in Florence - avoid! - Constant bugs - Updates to fix bugs create more bugs - No faulty scooter button - Jumped on a slow/faulty scooter - My partners scooter was fast and mine wasn’t - Tried to find a button. This app is insane for asking you to take a picture of your license, front and back, and then requires you to take a picture of yourself. Wait - you’re not done! It will then try to judge via terrible AI whether or not you match your ID. Spoiler: you won’t. Skip this app, save yourself time. ### 1/5 — Faster to walk than deal with bugs and admin in the app *2024-06-02, version 02.16.02* Super painful to use. Used it last year. Then this year I have to add driving license etc. takes way too long. Lost the scooter I was waiting to use. Walked far to get another. Then spent the whole journey with it blaring out some random Italian phrase at full blast. Bloody annoying. Then tried to use again the next day. It was exhausting to try and get a scooter to work. Gave up and was then late for my connecting water bus. Rode 2 scooters for two occasions. *2025-09-04* You just have to fill in basic information such as name, email, number, and then give them the front and back of your license with a selfie. Mine took 3 tries and then it worked. I was able to use two scooters and end them both right away successfully. The deposit they take they refund you right when you end it.
