They told me I had to go to their website that it’s not listed on the app. Ripping people off most any other wallets will charge 2 to 3% not 23%. When I called, they give me the runaround every time so they know exactly what they’re doing! Took 23% for doing nothing. But I deposited $400 at an atm at a Circle K (one I have used and had no issues with, mind you) and here I am almost 2 full days later with no kind of help from support. No blockchain pending no transaction in my ‘order history’ on the app. I have spoken to support upwards of 5 times for an explanation and was told every time in the end that their engineers/tech guys/whatever they wanted to spin it as were ‘working on it’.. On top of that I know for a fact I am being lied to because one of the support agents told me it is a comparability error, another one told me it was a network error, another one told me it was the FIRST TIME IN THEIR HISTORY AS A COMPANY that this problem has occurred…. And every single time I was led to the same conclusion, they could tell me nothing. So I am waiting here now for the money. Until then, 0 stars is my rating. The absolute cloak and dagger scheme they try and front out on the phone is disgusting. Apparently there is a hidden fee the they don’t tell you about. Which then my 140 turned into 95$ never doing business with these people again.
