I reached min withdrawal and it’s not allowing me to withdraw (looking like a scam) 2. Customer support is not really supporting me. No reply no concern to the fact that I have over $10000 waiting. 3. I can’t transfer my balances anywhere. If my withdrawal is successful I will gladly change my opinion. I tried waiting and trying again, but kept getting the same messages for day. Then boom! Nothing in my account, my name changed and my account emptied! This is the second time as I thought it was a glitch from their update. No. They plan this and take your hard earned profits, making it look like it is out of their hands. As these purchases when it's a scam. I have screenshots where my account has 0.131 BTC and when I selected withdraw an error message said my account was under review. Then I wrote support who told me that to make sure I was at 0.102 BTC I sent them screenshots along with explaining that I had 0.131 BTC and growing my screenshots that verify this information were blocked from being uploaded. Then I waited another day to login into my account and see the 816 BTC miners gone from my account. My profile picture and name where also wiped clean and I had nothing from what I had invested in starting on May 11th. I expect a full refund as this a a fraudulent application that you've allowed to be inside Apple App Store. Ya'll owe me a refund. <<< I need some help communicating with the people at Apple to get a refund and shame on them for allowing scam applications to be available to customers inside their store. My purchase started on May 11th. Pay attention: they have the same amount of people making withdrawals only even though a lot of people are using this application that seem like real people. However, it’s only the same 5-6 people making withdrawals: look at the profile pictures their names change but it’s always the same 5-6 people saying they are receiving their withdrawals. Everyone is just falling for the SCAM and making purchases. I want to give this app ZERO stars ! The other issues that I pointed out to Apple support is that the App Support takes you to the original BTC dot Org website. My account eventually displayed around 0.115 BTC, with a withdrawal minimum of 0.1024 BTC + 1% fee. I spent real money on in-app items including fuel/gems and support because I believed the BTC balance shown in the app was genuine and would eventually be available for withdrawal. When I reached the withdrawal amount and attempted to withdraw, I was told my account was “under investigation.” I have repeatedly contacted support, provided screenshots and asked for an explanation, but I still have not been able to withdraw the BTC displayed in my account. I have never deposited BTC into this app, which makes me extremely concerned about whether the BTC balance displayed is actually backed by real Bitcoin on the blockchain. I am posting this review to warn other customers. Please do not spend money based solely on a cryptocurrency balance displayed inside an app until you can independently verify that the funds actually exist and can be withdrawn. Apple, I strongly ask that you investigate this app and its in-app purchases urgently. I have retained screenshots, receipts, support conversations and other relevant evidence. Gone were the 550 or so miners I had amassed these past 5 months, gone was the approximately .21 BTC mined, gone was the 200+ energy bits I had left on my account used to boost miner efficiency. Support is a joke. They claim SVIP membership gets priority support (replies within 10 minutes) yes right, try 24 hours, that’s if they have not closed your support ticket. Any user of this app that has had a similar experience, contact Apple Support reporting it as a scamming app, and I would even go one further, report it to your local law enforcement.
