Security is always in the forefront of the calls to customer support. His knowledge and understanding of how the system operates were very helpful and I am confident the will be received before the end of the day. The first time I tried to move money from Bitcoin IRA to another IRA account. I was getting incorrect information and it stalled the process over two months.. The second time I tried to move Crypto, I was supposed to hear from a security person but a sales agent called instead further delaying the process, trying to get me to stay with the company. Finally, I got past that step, it was delayed over a week before the security person could speak to me.. After that, they said one of the coins was in staking. It would only take 10 hours. Three days later, still no resolution. The first time with being told they needed wet signatures and incorrect delay. Delays was frustrating., All of this happened the second time shows it seems to be the standard. I believe I’ve been with him since 2018, and have paid monthly dues each month. I have told people about them in the past and “ only game in town.” I would not recommend any more as better quality and much cheaper ( no monthly fees) with other groups 🤨 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fee’d to death *2026-05-27, version 2.0.10* Bitcoin Ira nickels and dimes their customers. I was charged 35 dollars for a paper check. I didn’t realize the cost or would have done a 15 dollar ach. When asked for a courtesy discount Ana said immediately No without given it a moments thought. If I had other options I would move my Roth IRA somewhere else but I would be charged an enormous transfer fee and sales charge ### 1/5 — The worst decision I made *2026-03-01, version 2.0.3* The company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they always say their supervisors or managers are in a meeting and they never call you back when they say they will, it took me 4 days to speak to a supervisor. They charged me over $3,500 in fees over 5 years in a account that only started with about 12k in it and I made only 3 transactions over those 5 years. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE COMPANY *2025-01-31, version 1.5.70* Exorbitant fees. Why is nothing being done to improve this app? Face ID doesn’t work; I have to manually log in every time. Still not performance over time for my account. Just my holdings and balance. I was told years ago that improvements were coming. Lies. ######## Please implement Face ID. Seems like I have to re-log in every time I use the app which isn’t very often because the functionality is so limited. At minimum, an investing app should display users’ performance over time. All I can see is my balance and holdings. Just cost me trying to buy as it kept giving unknown error, I assume as price was going up. If that is the case then there should be option to set an amount that would include fees and be able to submit. Instead you have to guess at price plus fees.
