This app is horrendous app. My kids keep deleting this. it messed up 2 chrome books and I had no control over their phones. Do NOT recommend.

je suis sur un iphone 8, quand il est 01h le contrôle parental s’active. mais quand je le désactive par exemple le week-end et il s’active et pas moyen de le désactivé je suis obligé d’attendre minimum 10h😒

I put this on my son’s phone yesterday and was testing out the features.   For apps you can only block ALL the 3rd party apps or none of them.  I tested the function for blocking apps.  It didn’t work within 15 minutes, so I turned the function back to allow all 3rd party apps.  
The next (today) morning my son tries to open a game and the 3rd party apps disappeared. I noticed the allow and block function of the apps was glitchy after saving the settings from the bitdefender central app.  I’d go back into the app and the new settings didn’t save.  I logged into the website and the settings did save there, but nothing changed on the phone for hours.  

After fiddling with the app and Bitdefender central for 2 hours, I tried to connect to chat support.  After waiting 15 minutes (for an estimated 5 minute wait with 3 people in front of me - that never changed).   I gave up and removed the app and the bitdefender iOS profile settings.  Then everything came back and worked fine.  

Maybe the apps would’ve come back after more time, but it’s not convenient to wait hours and hours for the bitdefender settings profile to refresh.  It’s not worth the hassle.

Might be the worst app release from a major manufacturer I have ever seen. Does not display date age gender when creating profile. If you do get past that step the management profile does not link to central rendering it completely useless. Considering resigning my box as well if this is the quality to expect from this company.

Seit 2017 ich benutze diese App, alles war super seit Updates von 2019, alles ist Buggy geworden. Kindersicherung funktioniert nicht, sie haben keine Tester, wie kann man solche Probleme übersehen.

Je DÉTESTE ce truc,car ça m’a enlevé TOUT mes jeux, WhatsApp, l’appareil photo donc je ne peux plus prendre de photos, et plein d’autres app. Le pire c’est que je ne peux pas les réinstaller et je ne peux pas installer non plus d’autres jeux.

My parents downloaded this to my phone and laptop. Now it has crippled both. I can only call, text or look at photos on
My phone. I can’t use iTunes, FaceTime, any apps, or safari. The only website I can use on my laptop is YouTube. We are trying to take it off but it won’t let us, after we deleted my profile. Standard apple restrictions are fine. Do not use this.

Very disappointed in the app nothing works except gps tracking which apple already has. I followed the installation directions and gave permissions and I can’t block websites, screen time, pause the internet connection, I hope they get it working in the future at this point stay away

I just purchased a bit defender box 2 and proceeded to install this app which is required for parental controls.  I also installed this app on 2 android devices.  The app will not finish installing. It fails to install in the 6th step with a whoops message.  Whenever it does install it fails to block any contact.  Support is through some horrible offshore third party.  They hung up on me twice!  I am pretty tech savvy as I have many years of experience as a Cyber Security Engineer.  The box 2 is going back to amazon and all versions of this junk software will be uninstalled.

Does this not take advantage of the website blocking by interest for IOS? In Bitdefender app online I excluded my child from being able to view certain websites. However, this app does not appear to enforce those rules nor does it seem to allow me to block certain applications. Not finding anything clear cut on it this topic so research before buying if purchasing for blocking sites based on content/interest rules or blocking access to apps

It is totally useless app. It is also not at all user friendly. Also it doesn’t stop the internet on child’s mobile instantly. 
They have something central app which actually controls child’s activities but it doesn’t have good user friendly view. Instead of this Kidslox is very good one.

This app is a scam, It’s fighting over apple screen time and disabled me from using wifi and many other apps I have not disabled. I also can not delete the app even as the parent. This has completely blocked me and my children from using anything of use on our devices. Worst app ever!

Screen time limit and pausing doesn’t work on iOS.  Complicated install process with BD Central.  So quite useless to manage kids screen time (the whole point of Parental Control).

Es ist toll das Handy des Nachwuchs einen gewissen Riegel vorzuschieben. Die Apps werden ausgeblendet sobald die Sperrzeit erreicht ist. Telefonieren ist dann noch möglich. Ich habe die App zudem gesichert, indem ich das deinstallieren von Apps über die Einstellungen gesperrt habe. 
Es gibt jedoch einige Nachteile. 
1. Wenn man die Einstellungen im Web vornimmt und dann auf dem Elterngerät bearbeitet, kommt es doch relativ häufig zu Fehlfunktion. Teils wird der Sperrmodus nicht abgeschaltet. 
2. werden die Apps ausgeblendet, dann werden die Apps danach wieder unsortiert eingeblendet. Eine eigene Anordnung ist somit nicht möglich. 
3. Die Beschreibungen sind teils sehr undurchsichtig. Ist die Zeit die ich einstelle nun die Zeit in der die Apps verwendet werden können?
4. man sollte Apps die ausgeblendet werden selber auswählen können.
