### 1/5 — Can’t manually add sites

Unlike the original password manager with Bitdefender Password Manager and then re-login a second time and then you can add a new site and password manually. This is a horrible ‘upgrade’.

Edit: I just logged into another website. Secure Pass is open. Did it remember my credentials? Of course not! It’s a POS app. Use a different app.

I’m had Bitdefender Password Manager before with no trouble.  This one is a pain and even though I have an account, once I download it to my iPhone and try to open it, it will NOT respond to Connect To Account / just sits there - even after deleting it and reinstalling it.

Très déçu par Bitdefender. Après l'arrêt de leur ancien gestionnaire de mots de passe, ils bloquent l'accès à mes données personnelles pour m'obliger à payer un supplément. Malgré mon abonnement Total Security en cours, le service client refuse de m'aider sans nouvel achat. Une pratique commerciale que je trouve inacceptable et très opaque. Passez votre chemin

This App was working really well, but now for some unknown reason when trying to open it the App just keeps looping around but will not open.
A day or two later an app update was available, after installing the new version the app worked as it should. Still don’t know what happened previously??

Nost websites won’t make SecurePass to ask you to save your password when you create one, and it's even worse with apps... 

My suggestion: a Safari Extension, it would be a game changer! 🤩

The passkeys are still not working. 
There’s a bug when you click in the “key” when filling a password in Safari (iOS ofc).

Another thing: it’s slow to open when filling (heavy?)

I'm actually rooting for them because I like Bitdefender products, it’s still missing the safari extension…

Ne fonctionne plus depuis la dernière maj 
Ça clignote comme un sapin de Noël, ensuite on a le message « connection issues detected »
Désinstallation et réinstallation effectuée mais le problème persiste

Leider funktioniert die App nach der Einrichtung nicht. Wenn man sie aufruft kommt nur ein flackernder Bildschirm der einem Anzeigt das es Probleme mit der Internet Verbindung gibt. Auch eine Neuinstallation konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Sehr ärgerlich nachdem man praktisch zur Umstellung gezwungen wurde weil das bisherige kostenpflichtige Produkt nicht mehr unterstützt wird.

Ich nutze diese App schon eine Weile, aber nach dem neuesten Update schafft es die App nicht mehr bis zum Startbildschirm. Auf dem Weg dahin erscheint eine flackernder Bildschirm, der Verbindungsprobleme hinweist. Komisch das alle anderen Apps diese Probleme nicht haben. Und eh mit der Caht-Support eine Lösung anbietet, kann ich auch meinen Briefkasten fragen.
Also bitte die App zeitnah überarbeiten oder eine Lösung anbieten.
P.S. Neu installiert mit jeweiligem Neustart habe ich schon gemacht.

After the current update, I can no longer login. The product goes into an infinite loop and will not let me enter the master password rendering it completely unuseable

Fortunately I can login on my laptop and The browser plug-in gives me access to the current version of Passwords
