Bite Ninja Disrupts the Traditional Drive-Thru Model. The app equips restaurants with remote order takers to solve the industry’s biggest customer-service challenges. Bite Ninja offers restaurant owners a remote drive-thru ordering system through a network of highly skilled virtual professionals capable of serving restaurants anywhere in the country, to solve some of the most common and costly staffing problems faced by restaurants today at lower costs and improve customer experience. Whenever restaurant owner needs help of our Ninjas, simply post the shifts in our app and choose from any one of our professional order takers. System allows customers to see the face of the person taking their order on a large, video screen, but the employee is working at a remote location with a virtual background to match the restaurant’s preference. As a Ninja, users can choose shift times and durations that fit their schedule. Ninjas will receive pay as per industry standards for their work.


How it work?
1. Restaurant can post their shift for ninja requirements for specific departments.
2. System will notify respected ninja for the new matching shift
3. Ninja will bid on the shift as per their availability
4. Restaurant can view the list of ninja who places the bid and available ninja and assign the shift to a respected ninja
5. Ninja will start working on a specified shift time and end the shift when work done
6. Restaurants and ninja can rate each other for their services and give provide their review
