## What is BiteIQ?

BiteIQ is a free fishing diary built for fast catch logging on the water.

Log catches, save photos, track optional trips, and automatically capture useful fishing conditions like tide, weather, moon phase, wind, barometer, and water temperature when available.

Quick Catch helps you save common species fast when the bite is on. Fish photo ID can suggest a species from a picture, and you can always review or correct the result before saving.

Your catch history stays organized and easy to review, with catch details, photos, bait, notes, and conditions captured together. BiteIQ also includes an Apple Watch companion for quick catch logging and fast condition checks from your wrist.

Privacy matters. Your personal catch history belongs to you. Community heat map features use aggregate activity, not public pins for other anglers’ precise catch locations.

Features:
• Fast catch logging
• Quick Catch for common species
• Fish photo identification
• Catch photos and notes
• Optional trip/session tracking
• Tide, weather, moon, wind, barometer, and water-condition context
• Personal catch history
• Privacy-safe aggregate activity insights
• Apple Watch companion support
• Sign in with Apple for account sync and restore

BiteIQ is free to use and built for anglers who want a simple, trustworthy way to remember what they caught, where they fished, and what the conditions were.
