Faster start

• “Today” opens sooner: the app now loads its data in parallel instead of one after another.
• When you scan a barcode, the app now states clearly where the product data comes from.

New in this version:

• The quick action on “Today” now offers all six ways: photo, gallery, text, voice, barcode and barcode from an image.
• Barcode scanning is free, and it is now reachable straight from the main screen.
• Camera and gallery are separate buttons, so there is no extra question in between.
• “Sign in with Google” works again. If it kept failing for you: that was on us, not on you — thank you for your patience.

New in this version:

• Barcode scanning: scan a product and the food groups fill in automatically. It is free, no tokens needed.
• No code at hand, or the camera will not read it? A photo from your gallery works too.
• Sections on “Today” can now be collapsed, and the analysis cards shrink to a single row of buttons.
• The photo card goes straight to the camera, one tap less.
• The daily check-in can be switched off.

And your first AI analysis is free: the app now shows you where to find it.

• Signing in with an email link works reliably again: the link from the mail now opens the app directly and signs you in.
• You can sign in with Google or Apple from Settings too, not just from the start screen.
• Write to us and get an answer: our reply now shows up right in the app, and you can read it again any time under Settings.
• Recent days in colour can be switched off if you prefer a calmer screen.

• The guided tour now has an example breakfast: tap it and watch the food groups fill in by themselves.
• Every group explanation now shows the portion size and many more examples.
• Nuts and seeds count towards fats again.
