I put in what I’d eaten for breakfast thinking I’d done a great job of making healthy choices, and I started laughing out loud when I saw my carb number in this app. Whoops! This app has dramatically helped me to loose weight by helping me make more mindful adjustments to my diet. I love the interface and find it very user friendly.

This is such a helpful app! There are so many little things that make it easy to use, especially being able to scan foods, save favorites and meals, and calculate homemade recipes without having to do all the math yourself.

I love how straightforward everything feels. It gives you the information you need without making it complicated or overwhelming. I have found it to be so useful in everyday life! Such a great resource for families who are constantly calculating carbs and trying to make mealtime a little easier!
