And honestly, sometimes I’m so hungry I can’t even decide what to eat—so being able to “roll the dice” and have the app pick for me is such a nice touch. It takes the pressure off and makes trying something new effortless.

My favorite Food App
I loveee that I get free delivery every time I try a new restaurant for the first time, you just need to make sure to use visa/Apple Pay to get the free delivery! It’s also a very safe application to add credit card payment, and every time I needed a refund I got it back on my original payment method with no issues. This App is also somehow always the cheapest compared to other food ordering applications, their prices are basically identical if not cheaper than the store menus 🩷

Bad app and not working
Honestly, I advise everyone not to use it. I placed an order and waited an hour and a half, and when I called the restaurant, they told me no one had come to pick it up. There's no way to find out who picked it up, what their name or phone number is. When the order was marked as delivery, it said to call the driver, and when I called, the restaurant answered and told me no one had come to pick it up, while the app said it was on its way. So, my advice is don't download it and waste your time and money.

cancelled my order and they havent paid me back
i ordered my food and paid through apple pay and it took awhile to confirm the order, i cancelled and i havent gotten my money back and i cant find a way to report the problem
NOT functioning
How does it take an hour to go from 6th circle to 5th circle? When will you include driver phone number not restaurant phone number and say it’s the driver - when will you include tracking the trip - I am just glad I didn’t pay by credit card cause I read the other reviews - this is as I listen to Adan now and I ordered 2 hours ago - I would love to have an alternative for Talabat but unfortunately you have A LONG WAY TO GO
