It’s been incredibly helpful in making sure I stay on top of my nutrition and health goals during the busyness of life. The app is so easy to use and user-friendly, I’ve used similar apps before but nothing compares to this app. I appreciate the various features that allow you to swap out meals, choose your favourite recipes, and customise your own plan. The recipes in this app are sooo delicious and easy to make too! BiteRite has become an essential tool in my health journey! ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2024-06-14* I canceled my account before the 7 day free trial was up but the still charged me $50 I’ve emailed them and sent a message in app there’s been no response I would never recommend this app ever ### 1/5 — So many faults *2024-04-27* Can’t save or heart recipes. Takes ages to load every screen. A lot of recipes methods are incomplete or incorrect. Couldn’t find recipes on BiteRite Instagram account, on app. Incorrect calories on a lot of recipes. When setting calories, incorrect formulation is used based on height, weight, activity level and goal - much lower daily calorie goal than recommended when putting this same information into various macro/calorie calculators online. Once this is set, you are only able to select/see a certain amount of recipes available and changing the filters does not change the amount of recipes you can view if you want to swap a meal. No option to add a meal to your plan if you view it in the recipe discovery section. Overall a lot of work to be done considering a subscription is required to use the app. ### 1/5 — Only gets 1 because it won’t let me do zero stars *2023-05-19* So many things about this app were disappointing. I subscribed via an influencer discount code which apparently excluded me from the 7day free trial. Instantly my meal plan was available BUT if there is a particular food you want to exclude it’s impossible. I despise yoghurt but love cheese & milk. I raised this issue as the snacks, breakfast & desserts heavily featured yoghurt. I was told to exclude dairy in my preferences. Ridiculous 1st FAIL!! Decided I wanted to do a large batch of Protein Pumpkin Soup for lunches. Went to swap my lunches and couldn’t even find the soup in swap my lunch. 2nd FAIL! 3rd FAIL is that if you find a recipe you love you can’t save it as a favourite. Basic functionality that this app does not provide. Sign up through App Store only or you will be disappointed. Despite voicing these complaints to the developer I haven’t been given a refund. Buyer beware. ### 5/5 — AMAZING *2023-04-20* If you want an app and a meal plan that is so easy to follow and easy to cook, this is the one! Nothing is off limits and all meal plans include delicious, easy to make foods that are family friendly.
