### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2023-04-06, version 2023.1*

Giving people the option to consume locally sourced, nutritious food is what is needed. Having huge corporations, who can pay politicians to allow them to put whatever they want in your food, so that they can make more money, is frankly disgusting. Stop enabling these companies, and start supporting your local farmers and chefs.

### 5/5 — An innovative app of the future!

*2023-04-06, version 2023.1*

Bites is a very convenient , innovative, and easy to use app for meals! I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

### 5/5 — Perfect local app for foodies (and anyone that likes to eat)

*2023-04-05, version 2023.1*

Eat globally…support locally.
This is a true gem of an app, as it easily connects chefs, gardens in your area and hidden local talents with anyone interested in healthy and exciting alternatives. Whether looking to help out with the budget while supporting others or splurging on the best your valley has to offer; this app will prove it’s worth!

### 5/5 — Bites, A Wonderful New Idea

*2023-04-05, version 2023.1*

Bites is a great app with a novel approach connecting people who love to eat with people who love to cook. A great way for home chefs to make gourmet food without having a full time job in a restaurant or working for a catering company. A great alternative for people who don’t want to cook and are tired of carry out or don’t want to hire expensive caterers for their next party. The app is extremely thorough and explains in simple detail how to be the cook and how to be the recipient of great food. Plus it’s a great way for people to take advantage of healthy, home grown food.

### 5/5 — Brilliant App

*2023-04-05, version 2023.1*

I love this innovative, sustainable option!

### 5/5 — So professional!

*2023-04-05, version 2023.1*

What I love even more than the beautiful meal made for me in my own home is the sustainability concept. Nothing beats someone cooking for you after a long day.

### 5/5 — Fabulous Foodie App!

*2023-04-05, version 2023.1*

I admire the mission and vision of bites in that it helps bring people together from all walks of life through the power of food. The end result is creating a cultural and sustainable eating experience for all to enjoy.

### 5/5 — Great Concept

*2023-04-05, version 2023.1*

Super Easy to use app! Great concept that brings the community together and opens up users to new experiences.

### 5/5 — UMD student

*2023-04-04, version 2023.1*

Bites is a really exciting new concept that I think will be very beneficial to students on campus. A lot of students want to eat culturally diverse foods but don’t know how to cook the dishes or it’s expensive to purchase. Through Bites, students can come up with reasonable prices with the student chef. It’s a great way to connect students on campus together and make friends! I’m excited for it to become more prominent on the UMD campus.

### 5/5 — ASU STUDENT!! LOVE IT

*2023-04-04, version 2023.1*

Bites truly is a revolutionary app!! I love that it is encouraging cultural connections and sustainable food options!! I truly had an amazing experience exploring the app, it is so cool!! I am happy to support it

### 5/5 — University of Maryland bites review

*2023-04-04, version 2023.1*

Great app that is easy to use. Many food delivery apps have so many buttons that it can be confusing to use. Bites makes it simple to message a cook to request a personalized meal and place an order. Make sure you plan ahead because your order needs to be finalized a few days before and I am a last minute planner haha.

### 5/5 — Bites brings students together!

*2023-04-03, version 2023.1*

This is a game changer for students on campus. To be able to order and have the food made in their own kitchen by another student seems like a great way to connect with people in the college community! Each student cook has the opportunity to showcase their cooking skills on the app no matter if they are a professional or self taught cook! Students can collaborate with the cooks to coordinate their dietary restrictions, as well as to create the perfect menu. This app helps to grow community gardens on the campus’s they service to create a true farm-to-table experience! I’m excited for this app to take off at ASU!

### 5/5 — UMD student

*2023-04-03, version 2023.1*

Love the idea of Bites and it’s mission to bring others together for a cultural and sustainable eating experience. App is very easy to use and to see the offerings of the chefs. I am excited to see what the future holds and for more people to become aware of this great food experience that Bites is offering.

### 5/5 — Love this app at NAU!!

*2023-04-02, version 2023.1*

I’ve always had a passion for cooking for lots of people but I don’t want to do catering or anything professional since I’m a college student. This app lets me meet other students and make beautiful meals for them whenever I have the time. It’s also a great way to make a little extra cash when I have time. Definitely would recommend other students to try it out and see how they like it!

### 5/5 — ASU Student

*2023-03-31, version 2023.1*

I have been hearing about Bites and everything that comes with it. I think it’s a great idea! I downloaded it and have used it with ease and without difficulty. People will say the prices are high, but you have to TALK TO YOUR COOK and can negotiate a way lower price! People look at the price but won’t always connect with the cook, I think!

### 5/5 — Food System Evolution

*2021-04-07, version 2020.4*

This is revolutionary in regards to our food system. It seems like the naturally development from a long history of home cooking and short history of restaurants. This is the new generation of eating, and in a few years will take the public by storm!

### 5/5 — Amazing idea

*2021-01-29, version 2020.4*

I am so excited by this idea that comes at a time when small businesses in the hospitality industry are suffering so much. The implications for sustainability are excellent. Such a great time to think about making the home a venue for fine dining.

### 5/5 — Amazing app for our community

*2021-01-14, version 2020.4*

I love Bites! What a great initiative to promote inclusion, diversity and sustainability. Plus it’s a job platform. As a foodie and cook, this app is giving me life! Highly recommend joining :)

### 5/5 — Innovative & Creative

*2020-07-15, version 2020.3*

This is long overdue and really connects people to chefs, foodies, stories , farmers and experiences. Well done and beautifully thought out. I knew if I wasn’t going to do something like this than someone else would and she did a great job

### 2/5 — Not student friendly

*2023-03-06, version 2022.2*

This app claims to make an affordable meal for students. The cheapest option I found in my zip code is $75 for a meal. How is that affordable? As a college kid myself, spending $75 on a meal is obnoxious. Even split between friends, which I tried, that’s so much money. It’s not logical and I don’t know why or how it is based towards college kids. It should be based towards established adults who can afford the price tag. Bad marketing.

My other thing is how do you see the philanthropic work this app or founder is doing? There’s nothing in the app that lets you know what gardens or changes. Should fix that.

### 2/5 — Bad login requirement

*2019-03-02, version 5.0.11*

The app shows nothing before requiring a login and requires a Facebook login. No other option. A nonstarter.

### 2/5 — Application login relies on Facebook

*2018-04-15, version 2.2*

With Facebook security concerns, some people are choosing to not have a Facebook account. The ONLY way to login to this application is to link it to a Facebook account. Too bad :(

### 5/5 — ASU student

*2023-09-09, version 2023.3*

This app is more than just a regular food delivery service. Apart from delivery/ drop-off meals, there is in-home dining, meal prep service, and many more offerings. It is about the experience of bringing people together to enjoy a home-cooked meal while connecting and sharing stories. I hope this app continues to grow and extends to my city one day!

### 5/5 — Bites

*2023-09-07, version 2023.3*

I came across this app and the founder through a group project in my ASU class. I believe this is a great way for students to connect with each other in the absence of local family. Engaging with other over a home cooked meal is one of the ways we as people connect. Over all I find the app easy to use and the concept great.

### 5/5 — Review

*2023-09-02, version 2023.3*

The app is very well organized and has a great design to it that makes anyone want to go onto a profile and look at the yummy recipes shared by others!

### 5/5 — Food is the Ultimate Love Language we all share.

*2023-05-03, version 2023.2*

I am an ASU student in Food & Nutrition Entrepreneurship as my major- I came across Bites for a class group project at ASU, and I have so many good things to say about it:
1st, the founder, Roza F., I absolutely adore her mission behind creating this app. Long story short, I just got out of the Navy after being in 11 years, & one of the experiences that I loved the most about it, was of course the travel & meeting people from all over the world in all different walks of life. Cooking for others is one of my most favorite things to do ever, & re-creating a lot of my favorite dishes I learned from Romania, Italy etc. is one of my love languages to other people. Europe is very big on eating together & sharing that experience with others (hence: look up the term Sobremesa), & I wish a lot of the ways of life there were more common here. I feel that Life is so much more than rushing & not stopping to enjoy the company we’re in & the meal we’re sharing, so when I learnt of BITES* I was enthralled because everything I love about food & that sense of bringing people together, Roza has created that with her own vision. I haven’t yet cooked for any other students yet, but although the class & the assignment is done, I l plan to leave my profile up & active, and look forward yo when I get to cook my first meal for other students, and I hope it can warm their heart as much as it does their stomachs. A meal is so much better shared, while creating new memories with those we meet. Also, more people need to know about this wonderful app, use it & spread the good word!!

### 5/5 — Great concept

*2023-04-17, version 2023.2*

Love the idea of connecting foodies with chefs and also classroom experiences. So important to educate people on healthy eating, particularly in the society we live in.

### 5/5 — If you eat food, you need to be on this app!

*2023-04-12, version 2023.2*

Have been a big fan of Bites since day 1!
Bites is truly changing the way or I should say bringing us back to our roots with eating food for our body, mind and soul. Weather you want to share your love for food by cooking authentic meals or just have a different experience with a specially cooked meal from a professional chef, you need to give this app a try!

Food is what has been bringing us together since ancient times and this app will help you to reconnect with friends, family and even yourself. If you are a student, chef, foodie or just someone who wants to try Real Authentic food, have a side hustle or just meet new people, you need to give Bites a try!
Can’t wait for you guys to come to the Southern California area!

### 5/5 — Bites is the best!

*2023-04-12, version 2023.2*

This app has created such a unique experience for students of all backgrounds. No matter where you come from you can experience different cultures and meet new people with the use of meals cooked for you and your friends. You can also visit the gardens in Arizona that are donated to by the app which is amazing! I think this is a fantastic idea to treat your friend for their birthday party or on a special date night. Getting a delicious and thoughtful home cooked meal from a talented cook with a background in a variety of cuisines is such a treat.

### 5/5 — The Start of an AMAZING Movement!

*2023-04-11, version 2023.2*

I think the Bites app is an amazing idea to connect students and provide healthy home cooked meals. The app is very easy to navigate and I think it is designed very well. Each chef can post pictures of the meals they have made and what type of services they offer. People can write reviews of their experiences which gives the chefs feedback and helps new users find what they are looking for. I think if this app caught on and more people knew about it, it would definitely take off and become more popular. At first, I thought the idea of a stranger coming into my home was a little weird. I think a drop-off meal service would help more people use the app. I think apps like DoorDash and UberEats are so popular because it is convenient and there is little to zero human interaction. But that is what’s wrong about our society… that is not how it should be. I think the vision of this app is to boost human interaction and bring people together through food. People from different cultures and backgrounds can come together and share cuisines. The chefs can help teach the eaters about cooking. I think we eat out too much as a society and eating wholesome home-cooked meals is very important. The app is also set up philanthropically to help more sustainable food initiatives happen on campus. I think this app is a wonderful start towards the sustainable future of our world. We need more ideas Ike this!

### 5/5 — Food. Community. Sustainability!

*2023-04-11, version 2023.2*

What a cool idea for a social impact-marketplace app! I haven’t seen anything like this before… connecting cooks with people who want an affordable & healthy home cooked meals..It’s like having a private chef! but it’s also a nonprofit and helps create more edible gardens in local communities and on school campuses. 🌱

This could be a great for more college & university students to join as student cooks as a side hustle… they can make some extra $ while sharing their cooking skills & love of food with others either for meal prepping or brunch/dinner parties … and it’s also a way to meet people/ make new friends! ooohhh I get the slogan now that’s why it’s ‘eat with your tribe’! 🥘 haha!

### 5/5 — Amazing opportunity for students

*2023-04-08, version 2023.2*

As a college student, I’m so glad that this app gives me the opportunity to learn more about, and eat food from other cultures, by cooks from those cultures. The fact that students can get paid to simply cook their own dishes for others is awesome, and the percentage that goes to benefit food gardens in colleges is awesome!
As a very health conscious person, I also love that everyone on the app has to have a food handlers card to even begin the process!
