I added all the items to cart and tried to edit an item to add special instructions and it crash the app. tried multiple times and now uninstalling it. While I was already on the way, I received a message saying the restaurant was not accepting online orders and that my order had been cancelled. If the restaurant wasn’t accepting orders, the app should never have allowed the order to be placed and confirmed in the first place. The refund is appreciated, but it doesn’t compensate for the wasted time, fuel, and inconvenience. The notifications are very helpful to keep track of the deliveries.
