SMS confirmation work at the beginning, as soon as you send money in everything start to glitch; impossible to withdraw, impossible to change the email they have on file just like the number they use to confirm your card on Apple Pay.. customer service is a total disaster, barely speak English and use generic text to answer.

Живу в России и там уже лет десять как банки помогают пользователям. Тут же столкнулся с невозможностью отмены подписки. Все что могут предложить это новая карта за 300$. Считаю худшим сервисом банковым из всех которыми пользовался. Кругом скрытые коммисии. Если у вас не хватит денег для оплаты то вас будут списывать в минус по 50 центов с каждого запроса. В итоге думал помогут и отключат ссаный нэтфликс но нет у них нет возможности кроме как через аккаунт владельца, а у меня нет владельца и его аккаунта я в эмиграции в телевизоре оплатил а отменить через ссаный телевизор не могу!!!

I used BitFree in New York, but I lost 1938$ from BitFree card, it was MasterCard card. Then they deleted old card and gave me a new one, but without 1938$. When I ask technical support, the answer was “yes we investigating this situation with HongKong police”. Do not trust to this App, you will lose money.
