The app should have been excluded from the US App Store. Your developers do have access to turn this off and not have your app visible to US users. I would suggest that you do, or the horrible reviews are just gonna keep piling in as people won’t understand. While I understand that a one star review from me may seem a little unfair, considering I can’t actually use the app… but I see this as a violation of the Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
