I contacted Bitget Wallet for help, but I was told I need to pay a $25 dispute fee to start the chargeback process, even though my transaction was only around $15. This experience has been very disappointing. I hope Bitget Wallet reviews its dispute policy and provides better protection for customers in cases where merchants fail to deliver the purchased service. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.
