This is just a scam and I think they purposefully broke the ui to charge the fraudulent fees. I tried verifying my account several times, but they kept saying my BVN doesn’t match my number, even though the information is correct. Their customer support has been slow and unhelpful — I still haven’t gotten a proper solution or my money back. I trusted Bitnob because it looked legit, but right now, it feels like I’ve been scammed.
