Tôi muốn chia sẻ lại một lần nữa để những ai đang sử dụng BitradeX hoặc đang có ý định đầu tư vào nền tảng này hãy thật sự cẩn trọng. Ngày 28/07/2026, tôi bắt đầu gặp vấn đề khi thực hiện lệnh rút tiền. Từ thời điểm đó, số tiền trong tài khoản của tôi không thể rút về. Ban đầu, tôi vẫn nghĩ đây có thể chỉ là vấn đề kỹ thuật hoặc vấn đề tạm thời và chờ nền tảng giải quyết. Nhưng càng chờ, tôi càng thấy có nhiều điều bất thường. Trong các cuộc trao đổi với cộng đồng, tôi được biết không chỉ mình tôi gặp tình trạng này. Nhiều người khác cũng cho biết họ đang gặp khó khăn trong việc rút tiền, với số tiền liên quan được cộng đồng đề cập lên tới hàng triệu USD. Điều đáng nói là người dùng được yêu cầu nạp thêm tiền, khoảng 100–200 USD, với lý do cần “kích hoạt lại” tài khoản. Tôi thực sự không hiểu: Nếu tiền của khách hàng đang nằm trong tài khoản và không thể rút, tại sao khách hàng lại phải nạp thêm tiền mới để được tiếp tục sử dụng hoặc rút tiền của chính mình? Và hôm nay, 12/08/2026, tôi phát hiện một điều còn nghiêm trọng hơn: 👉 SỐ TIỀN GỐC CỦA TÔI ĐÃ BIẾN MẤT KHỎI TÀI KHOẢN. Không chỉ là không rút được. Mà bây giờ ngay cả số tiền gốc mà tôi đã nạp vào cũng không còn được thể hiện như trước. Tôi đã lưu lại các bằng chứng liên quan đến: 📌 Giao dịch nạp tiền 📌 Số dư tài khoản 📌 Lịch sử giao dịch 📌 Yêu cầu rút tiền 📌 Các trao đổi và hướng dẫn liên quan đến việc “kích hoạt lại” tài khoản Tôi chia sẻ điều này không nhằm kết luận hay cáo buộc bất kỳ bên nào khi chưa có kết luận chính thức. Nhưng với tư cách là một người đang trực tiếp bị ảnh hưởng, tôi có quyền đặt câu hỏi: Một nền tảng tài chính/đầu tư được giới thiệu là chính thống có nên xử lý tiền của khách hàng theo cách này không? Nếu nền tảng thực sự gặp vấn đề, tại sao không có một lời giải thích rõ ràng, minh bạch và có thể kiểm chứng? Nếu đây chỉ là sự cố tạm thời, tại sao số tiền gốc của người dùng lại có thể biến mất khỏi tài khoản? Và nếu mọi thứ hoàn toàn bình thường, tại sao người dùng lại phải tiếp tục nạp thêm tiền để “kích hoạt” tài khoản trong khi tiền cũ vẫn chưa thể rút? Đây là những câu hỏi mà tôi nghĩ BitradeX cần có câu trả lời rõ ràng. ⚠️ Vì vậy, nếu bạn đang có tiền trên BitradeX, tôi thực sự khuyên bạn đừng chủ quan. Hãy kiểm tra thật kỹ tình trạng tài khoản, lưu lại toàn bộ lịch sử giao dịch và bằng chứng liên quan, đồng thời cân nhắc thật cẩn thận trước khi nạp thêm bất kỳ khoản tiền nào. Tôi từng nghĩ đây là một nền tảng có thể tin tưởng. Nhưng sau những gì đang xảy ra với chính tài khoản của mình, tôi không thể tiếp tục có cùng niềm tin đó nữa. Ngày 12/08/2026 — tiền gốc của tôi đã biến mất. Tôi mong mọi người đọc được bài này sẽ kiểm tra tài khoản của mình ngay lập tức và đừng để đến khi tiền của mình không còn nữa mới bắt đầu đặt câu hỏi.
