App crashes after trying to connect to wheel on opening. As a result I can’t use the bike I just bought. App support page just redirects to App Store. Latest version of both app and IOS. Please help.

What happened to the flykly app? This app does not connect to my wheel despite the fact that my wheel is paired with the app. Does anyone have any advice? This app is garbage. Zero troubleshooting or reset options.

I bought the flykly wheel off Kickstarter and was so excited!! The wheel never worked! It would connect to Bluetooth for all of 2 seconds and then disconnect. I was told it should work regardless but never did I just as left dragging a 6 lbs wheel behind me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I can't find the flykly app anymore. And I can't connect to the wheel. I get it connected to Bluetooth through the BT interface, but then in the app, It keeps saying "wrong pin". Even though I got a pin reminder and entered the pin sent to me.

Everything was fine tool now but with the update the lock bike icon has disappeared.
