During a high-volatility period on a low-liquidity pair, the price showed extreme spikes and sudden movements that led to forced liquidation. According to the chart data I observed, the timing and price movement did not match what was reflected during my liquidation. I contacted customer support and provided screenshots and explanations, but the response was simply that this was “normal market behavior,” with no clear or transparent breakdown of how the liquidation price was calculated. This experience has caused me to lose trust in Bitrue Futures.
