### 1/5 — 🚨 WARNING: Bitsgap’s System Failure Cost Me Money – And They Refuse to Refund! 🚨

I trusted Bitsgap to help manage my trades, but instead, I suffered a $1,385.58 loss due to a technical failure in their system.

🔹 When I tried to cancel a trade, Bitsgap failed to execute the cancellation properly.
🔹 Instead of owning up to their mistake, their support team offered me a one-month subscription—which is worth a fraction of my loss.
🔹 When I insisted on my rightful refund, they started ignoring my messages and delaying the process.

Why This Is a Huge Red Flag 🚩
• If your money is lost due to their system’s failure, they won’t take responsibility.
• Their idea of “compensation” is giving you more subscription time instead of returning your lost funds.
• When faced with legal arguments, they just stall instead of resolving the issue.

💡 Would you trust a company that doesn’t stand behind its own platform failures?

I’m not the only one facing this kind of issue, and I won’t stop exposing it. If you’ve experienced anything similar, share your story.

📢 The more people know about this, the harder it will be for them to continue ignoring their failures.

The app does everything it should, but the overview could be much better.

Not all functions can be found immediately.

Some overviews of bot activities are not displayed, only a constant loading bar.

You get the feeling that the app is still in its infancy.

An iPad-optimized version would also be nice.

Update: same issue as others. Even once I set up biometrics it keeps logging me out and asking me for a password or to approve login via email.

I was sketchy about this app at first but turns out it’s all Ligit

The app is somewhat arbitrary in usefulness. 

Lots of comments about the login process appear to be replicated for me. So I can confirm these and the biometrics do come up every time I’ve left the app for a few hours. 

The more infuriating aspect is that I experience the app freezing and becoming what seems unresponsive whenever I try to make a new bot. 

On that principle I don’t recommend the app. 

Website is flawless however.

Every time I try to ad a demo grid bot, it never completes. I pick the exchange, the pair and hot continue and it goes to a white screens it’s a shame I can’t test it

The app won’t remember my email which is annoying as you have to type it in each time. Then despite the Authenticator code being correct, the app says it’s wrong and refuses to allow log in. Have to close the app and re-start it every time it does this.
