Why This Is a Huge Red Flag 🚩 • If your money is lost due to their system’s failure, they won’t take responsibility. • Their idea of “compensation” is giving you more subscription time instead of returning your lost funds. • When faced with legal arguments, they just stall instead of resolving the issue. 💡 Would you trust a company that doesn’t stand behind its own platform failures? I’m not the only one facing this kind of issue, and I won’t stop exposing it. It always return losses. Lost my subscription fee. ### 1/5 — White screen of death *2024-07-20* Every time I try to ad a demo grid bot, it never completes. Regards, Bitsgap ### 2/5 — CANNOT make trades in app *2024-07-23* The app is somewhat arbitrary in usefulness. Lots of comments about the login process appear to be replicated for me. So I can confirm these and the biometrics do come up every time I’ve left the app for a few hours. The more infuriating aspect is that I experience the app freezing and becoming what seems unresponsive whenever I try to make a new bot. Some overviews of bot activities are not displayed, only a constant loading bar. You get the feeling that the app is still in its infancy. Then despite the Authenticator code being correct, the app says it’s wrong and refuses to allow log in.
