I purchased some crypto here, and I could not send crypto to an external wallet, nor could I send the money back to my bank, all because of their “standard procedures and policies”. At no point when I was purchasing, the crypto was I warned of their procedures, so now there’s really nothing I can do to get my money back… Emphasis on “my money” ### 1/5 — Cant Withdraw your Crypto *2024-05-18* Even when I paid with my debit card I had to wait more than a week to be able to withdraw my crypto to my private wallet.
