Trough the first Mastercard till now and it had always find this combo easy to use and pleasant. Can you please reach out to us on social media, drop your ticket number and we will have a further look into it 👀 Best regards, Your Nuri Team 💜 ### 1/5 — Neither a Bank Nor a Crypto Exchange! *2022-08-05, version 2.4.14* - The app has many bugs , it happens to me several times that I couldn’t sell my crypto on the right time because of the technical problems , after I contacted the online support they offered me to delete the app and reinstall it again to solve the problem , it means I didn’t have access to my money for several days . - there are no place to set the price to buy or sell a crypto, I should take the price which I don’t know where it comes from ! The price is usually higher than what you can find for a crypto in a real exchange. - Nuri offers to deposit the bitcoins with interest but I tried it time to time and it was out of order ! - I used the referral link to invite my friends to use this bank ( app ) but after two referral, they accused me of fake invitations ! It is offensive because I can invite my friends to use the app but I can’t force them to actually use their awful services, it’s not my fault that the services are provided by Nuri is not good enough to convince people to use them ! -On my point of view The Only positive comment on this bank is the design of the debit cards . ### 1/5 — Account blocked with funds *2022-07-25, version 2.4.13* I don’t recommend. Your funds are not safe here. After 2 years of being a client they terminated my account. In the emails they stated that I will be able to use the account until end of July, 2022. They didn’t keep the promise. They blocked access to the account in June and they do not answer to my emails where I asked for explanation since then. They also don’t answer to phone calls. Fortunately, I am in contact with SolarisBank and trying to resolve this case. For Nuri: ticket ID 640808. I will keep you guys updated but for now I suggest looking for an alternative to save yourself time and energy in case the same happens to you. ### 1/5 — Be warned: Nuri gets money, block account and disappears *2022-07-25, version 2.4.13* I got successfully through verification and created an account. I transferred my money. Then, I got an email that Nuri temporarily blocked my account and that they will contact me soon to explain why. I guess that they blocked my account because I didn’t answer some questions that they have to ask because of regulations. They gave me 5 days to answer these questions, but decided to block my account after 2 days. I cannot login into the app. They didn’t explained me why they blocked my account. I contacted support twice and it's 7th day without any response. They just disappeared with my money.
