## What is Bivryn Biological Intelligence?

Find what your wearable missed.
Bivryn reads across your Apple Health signals — sleep, HRV, recovery, blood work, supplements, behavior — and tells you what's actually moving your biology, in a calm editorial voice.

Most health apps overwhelm you with charts, scores, and disconnected metrics. Bivryn synthesizes across Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, lab panels, and your local weather. It learns your personal baselines from up to a year of your history the first time you open the app, so today's reading sits against your own typical, not generic norms.
"Your body is asking for a softer day."
"Hard workout Monday. HRV crash Wednesday is your 2-day lag pattern."
"Coffee after 2 PM is reducing your deep sleep by 31%."

These aren't generic tips. Bivryn finds patterns hidden in your own data — the kind no wearable can spot, because every wearable is locked to its own sensors.
Works with what you already have: Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, and lab panels.
Now available in English, Hindi, French, German, Spanish, and Hebrew.

WHAT BIVRYN DOES
Bivryn Bio Age. A continuous biological-age reading from up to nine signals — VO₂max, HRV, heart rate, blood pressure, waist-to-height, sleep efficiency, blood work. Trends with your biology over weeks.
AI Body State, daily. A personalized read of how your body is doing today, with the specific drivers behind it.
Ask Bivryn anything. Type or ask by voice — why am I tired, what changed this week, does coffee affect my sleep — and Bivryn reads across your full year of biology, logs, weather, and patterns to answer.
Discoveries. Bivryn continuously finds correlations across your behavior and biology. "HRV drops for 48 hours after alcohol."
Blood Work Intelligence. Upload a lab PDF and Bivryn interprets cholesterol, ferritin, vitamin D, hs-CRP, glucose, hormones — connecting markers to your sleep, energy, recovery.
Hormone Panel. Three lenses: cycle phase, mental-health context, longitudinal drift.
Self-Experiments. Test one change at a time. Bivryn measures your baseline and tells you honestly whether your biology moved.
Body Memory. A living biological timeline — travel, recovery periods, supplement changes, milestones. The narrative layer no wearable dashboard offers.
Sleep Architecture. REM, deep, and core sleep with behavior correlation.
Cardio Fitness & Training Capacity. Honest reads for athletes who want to push or recover with intention.
Reset Toolbox. Evidence-backed breathing, walks, eye rest, and light reset sessions.
Doctor Snapshot. One-page PDF for your physician, or a full markdown dossier for AI.
Apple Watch companion. Score, recovery curve, breathing sessions, complications on your wrist.
Siri & Shortcuts. "Hey Siri, what's my body state?" — or chain Bivryn into any iOS automation.

CALM BY DESIGN
No streaks. No leaderboards. No daily push-to-be-better. The score is a reading, not a grade. The voice is observational, not prescriptive. Bivryn isn't a doctor and never plays one.

DESIGNED FOR
High performers, founders, biohackers, longevity-focused individuals, athletes, and anyone tired of fitness-tracker noise who wants their biology to make sense.

PRICING
7 days of full access, no card required. After trial: $14.99/month or $99.99/year. Auto-renews unless canceled; managed through your Apple Account.

PRIVACY
Your sleep, HRV, blood work, and logged data stay on your device. Anonymous usage events help us improve Bivryn — no personal data, no health data, never sold. We don't track you across apps. Local weather is fetched via Apple's WeatherKit; coordinates never leave your device.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.0 — 2026-08-27

A calmer, sharper Bivryn.

"I feel off — what changed?" Ask Bivryn to look across your biology, logs, labs, and behavior. Get 2–3 possible explanations with the evidence for and against each — not a diagnosis, a structured read.

Follow-back receipts. When Bivryn notices a pattern, it comes back three days later to show how the story played out: did biology recover, drift, or hold. The rating that matters is the one after biology has moved.

Lab recheck tracking. When your clinician sets a recheck date, Bivryn holds it. A calm reminder surfaces on your timeline when it comes due.

Overnight Oxygen. Nightly SpO2 nadir tracking, when your Apple Watch captures it, folded into the same interpretation layer.

Research export. If you want to share your biology with Stanford's OpenMHC research pipeline, one tap composes a file. Bivryn sends nothing on your behalf.

Simpler Home. One clear hierarchy: today's reading, open questions, one useful action, then everything else. Fewer competing cards, more room for what matters.

Honest empty states across the app. Sections that used to show "still learning" copy now name what they need — coverage gaps, thin history, quiet weeks — instead of pretending.

Language throughout the app is now observational, never diagnostic. Escalation surfaces name patterns; they don't route you to care.

### 1.7.0 — 2026-07-17

Your circle
Invite up to five people who care about you — a partner, a parent, a coach, a close friend. Each person sees only what you choose to share, and the raw numbers stay on your device by default. Care-focused, not social. You're not building a follower graph. You're letting the people who'd actually check on you know how your body is doing.

Now speaking Hebrew
Six languages now: English, Hindi, French, German, Spanish, and Hebrew.

Travel plans that hold up
Trip cards now open a proper editor. Change destination, dates, or time-zone shift. Mark a trip as returned to keep it in your history without lingering as active, or swipe left to delete it entirely. The "away from home" banner clears on the day you land, not a week later.

A steadier daily reading
Bivryn's interpretation stays observational. No targets to hit, no "aim for X hours" nudges. When your sleep debt has something to say about tonight, it surfaces as a threshold — "recovery typically returns above 7.5 hours" — not a command.

Cleaner header, sharper meaning
The Body State score and the state chip now share a temporal frame. A 3-day-average reading no longer contradicts today's chip beside it.

The road ahead
Deeper Body Memory, universal links for invites, and the discoveries that keep finding what your wearable missed.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-07-04

1.6 introduces full localization in Spanish, French, German, and Hindi. The complete editorial voice, not machine-translated fragments. Body State headlines, Ask Bivryn answers, discoveries, weekly recaps, permission dialogs, and every enum label translate end-to-end. Change any time in Profile → Language, or leave it on Follow System and Bivryn matches your iOS setting.

Your biological age, read continuously from your own biology — not from a quiz.

Bivryn Bio Age. A composite reading from up to nine channels — VO₂max, HRV, resting heart rate, walking HR, HR recovery, blood pressure, waist-to-height, sleep efficiency, and blood work when imported. Where Bivryn has a personal baseline, the reading reflects whether your biology is improving, holding, or drifting. Where only a single reading exists, the channel scores against published healthy-range thresholds. Stable biology reads as on pace with your chronological age; what you've been doing shows up across the channels Bivryn can see.

Ask Bivryn now reads across your full year of data. Type a question in the search bar — why am I tired this week, what changed about my last 14 days, does coffee affect my sleep — and Bivryn synthesizes an answer from your biology, your logs, your patterns, and your environment. Every answer carries the recent logs Bivryn already has: three alcohol nights this week with the most recent on Friday, magnesium consistent for 23 days, two sauna sessions. Patterns that lived only in the trigger library now thread into conversation.
Three contextual follow-ups appear below every answer. Tap one to go deeper — read across past examples, compare this week to last, surface what tends to help. No typing, no chat-bubble feel; the dialog stays in Bivryn's editorial register.

A visible send button now sits inside the search field and Ask Bivryn's dock, alongside the mic. Keyboards that don't reliably fire Return on non-Latin scripts finally have a clear way to submit.

Weather and travel context — with one tap in Profile or on Home, Bivryn reads today's biology against your local environment. Heat, humidity, daylight, jet lag. A low-HRV morning can now read as a 78°F overnight or a two-day-old workout, not stay a mystery. Coordinates never leave your device beyond Apple's WeatherKit, and the Apple Weather attribution now appears in three places — Privacy page, Home footer when Location is granted, and the one-time Location Nudge card.

Early-illness signal — when wrist temperature, respiratory rate, and HRV all shift toward early-illness onset, Bivryn surfaces a calm reading on Home. Your body may be fighting something. Worth noticing.

Onboarding never gets stuck. Every step now has a clear forward path — optional inputs show "Skip for now" instead of a silently-disabled Continue button. Language switches take effect immediately without an app restart. The First Reading cards after onboarding now handle variable-length text on every device from iPhone SE to Pro Max — long Hindi or German headlines wrap cleanly inside the card, and swipe or tap the paging dots to move between findings.

Plus: lossless replay of every previous Ask Bivryn answer with original evidence chips and follow-ups, a quieter Home with uniform spacing between every card, a First Reading moment showing three findings from your year of data after onboarding, a calmer Basic mode framing for post-trial users, and updated Privacy and Terms covering the new features.

Eleven new clinical references added to Bivryn's source library. Every Bio Age band traces to a published guideline or peer-reviewed study.

Less guessing. More understanding.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-06-22

Bivryn now reads up to a year of your Apple Watch history the first time you open the app. The baseline you see — sleep, HRV, recovery rhythm — reflects who you've been, not just the last two weeks. Existing users get the deeper reading on the next open.

A Recent Notifications surface joins the Library. Every ping Bivryn sends lives there for seven days; tap any one to see the biology around that moment, plus the research behind why we sent it.

Apple Watch workouts now appear in your daily log under "What your Watch saw." Mindful Walks you finish in Bivryn write a real workout to Apple Health, not just mindful minutes.

Quieter improvements: lock-screen and home-screen widgets stay in sync with your in-app reading. Discoveries you've earned remain visible through quieter weeks. Quick Log surfaces auto-detected naps and activities the moment you open it.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-06-12

This release:

— Recovery Ribbon extends into the future. The hero biology curve on Home now shows past + forecast, with a one-line read of the shape of the rest of your day.
— Self-Experiments. Declare a hypothesis, let Bivryn measure adherence and outcome, see honestly whether your biology actually moved.
— Sleep Architecture. REM, deep, and core sleep broken down with behavior correlation — what's actually building your night, not just how long you slept.
— More Siri shortcuts. "Why am I tired today?", "Can I work out?", and one-line logging — all hands-free.
— Light mode (opt-in). Dark remains default.
— Plus: travel intelligence, wrist temperature reads, cardio fitness banding, Doctor Snapshot bundle for your physician or AI second opinion.
— Ask Bivryn now predicts. Tap "what if I have a drink tonight?" or "what if I skip my workout?" and read a prediction grounded in your own past, not a generic forecast.

Your biology still lives on your device.
