On top of that, you can come home only to find no available parking spots at the five nearest stations, forcing you to walk 30 minutes after docking your bike further away. The app frequently freezes after scanning, requiring you to close and reopen it and try several different bikes before one unlocks. During events like festivals and fireworks, parking is unavailable, and even if you’re lucky enough to find an employee collecting bikes, you still have to wait in line to dock yours.
