Cette année sur en moyenne 20 utilisation j’ai au moins 1 bug et le vélo ne débarre pas avec l’application. ### 1/5 — Setting up is frustrating *2026-07-28, version 2026.23.37* Requires a ‘pass’ fee just to open an account and activate the app. No connectivity to your Apple wallet and the camera feature to input your credit card number freezes the app — meaning you’ll have to restart the registration process again. ### 1/5 — No invoice sent, often can't park,freezes often *2026-07-22, version 2026.23.37* After usage, you don’t receive an invoice by email or see the amount charged in the app. Instead, you get a surprise on the 20th of the month — and it can be an unpleasant one, such as a charge because your bike didn’t register as properly docked. On top of that, you can come home only to find no available parking spots at the five nearest stations, forcing you to walk 30 minutes after docking your bike further away. The app frequently freezes after scanning, requiring you to close and reopen it and try several different bikes before one unlocks. During events like festivals and fireworks, parking is unavailable, and even if you’re lucky enough to find an employee collecting bikes, you still have to wait in line to dock yours. Better to buy a bike. ### 1/5 — Dépôt de $100 *2026-07-20, version 2026.23.37* Je vais plus jamais utiliser bixi à cause du dépôt de $100 PAR vélo, ce qui prend presque DIX jours à rembourser. Si vous êtes aussi inquiet de se faire voler vos vélos. Vous avez dejà nos informations de carte crédit. Chargez la personne SI le vélo n’est jamais retourné à place bande de génies. ### 1/5 — Unexpected $200 charge! *2026-06-27, version 2025.48.3* I rented two bikes one for me and another for my friend, the price shown was 3-6$. Only to be surprised to be charged with a $200 security deposit on a Thursday and today is Saturday and still haven’t received it back in my bank account!
