Taken a 3 yr subscription of this app. It worked properly for a 1 yr after that its not working properly at all. I am not able to sync the data on the phone, tried calling customer care but getting the same response every time. The issue is yet to be solved.

I am writing to formally raise a critical concern that has been affecting my business operations
 for quite some time now.

There is a consistent mismatch in the receivables and payables data displayed in the Biz Analyst application. Despite raising this issue multiple times, I continue to receive the same generic response:

“Sir, you will receive a call shortly.”
Unfortunately, no one ever follows up, and the problem remains unresolved.

This lack of resolution and follow-up has started to impact my business decision-making and financial accuracy. As a paid user, I expect not just automated replies but real support with accountability and timely resolution.

I request the following from your end:
	1.	Assign a dedicated support executive to handle this issue end-to-end.
	2.	Provide a clear timeline for resolving the data mismatch.
	3.	Share the root cause and how this will be prevented in the future.

Please treat this matter as urgent. If not resolved soon, I may be forced to reconsider continuing with your service and leave an honest review reflecting my experience

I regret ever subscribing to this business accounting app. After paying for the annual subscription, the app stopped working properly, making it impossible to manage my accounts efficiently. What’s worse? The customer support is absolutely useless!

No matter how many times I reached out, I got either no response or generic replies that did nothing to fix the issue. They clearly have no intention of updating the app based on customer feedback. It’s outdated, full of glitches, and completely unreliable for any serious business.

If you’re looking for an accounting app with good support and regular updates, DO NOT waste your money on this one. They take your payment and disappear!
