Cimb introduced this new log in system and now I can’t get into my account or access transactions because they provided zero training and no info on the web on how to use it. Really makes me sick that I have to go to a bank and get help on this. Considering g they keep shutting down branches and keep moving my “home” branch since they keep closing them I am mega annoyed with these people. Time to look at competing banks I think. The mobile phone codes WORKED. 

This new token system.. if I really say the words I feel right now my review would be banned

Has anyone who is not working for CIMB IT department gotten this to work? It beggars belief how convoluted every transaction with this bank is. Nowhere on the internet or in the app are instructions for where to find the QR code. It’s just another waste of time from CIMB.
