Availability of a mobile app for spontaneous WFH days by my staff was a key factor in choosing our NEC phone solution. While the desktop VOIP phone solution is very good, the BizMLC app is unstable, clunky, and virtually useless.

This is the WORST APP EVER!! Do Not use. Calls drop constantly, customers can’t hear us without screaming into the phone, connecting to Bluetooth is not consistent, takes a bazillion buttons to call out and or check voicemails or transfer calls. No way to easily put in DND (lots of buttons to push) when leaving desk for a few minutes. I would rate it NEGATIVE 100 if that was an option.

This app does not function as advertised. The Android equivalent works like a dream but this one won’t connect and provides no tools to help diagnose.
