【How to use the BizSPOT application】
1. After installation, register your account information.
2. Search for members by occupation or area from the community.
3. ""Like"" the pages of members you like. to the pages of members you are interested in.
4. You can exchange messages with other members. You can set up the ""Like"" option to send a message only to the person you ""Like"". to the person you ""Like"".
5. Register for credit card payment and save on coworking space. This is convenient not only for taking a break or teleworking, but also for meetings among members.

【Community and message function】
The community displays all users whose profiles are open to the public in real time.

LINE→ログインエラーでログインできず。
Apple→ログイン時に電話番号求められ、ログイン後に名前書けとかAppleでログインした意味全くない。考え方がアナログすぎて提供しているサービス内容とマッチしてない。

実際の予約も、予約画面に値段が出てこずかなり不親切。予約するためのスケジュールもやたら見づらいしスクロールもスムーズにできないし（iPhone16で他のアプリはスムーズに動きます）。

予約できる席が3つしか表示されない。他の席が元々ないのか予約で埋まってるのかわからない。

予約したい時間を選んだ時に3時間パックなどが適用されてるかわからない。

なのにキャンセル時、払ったお金は返ってこないとのこと。しかもそれは小さく書いている。

会員登録前に空席一覧は見せるべき。

写真見るとレンタルスペース自体は綺麗で良さげなのにアプリで全て台無しにしてる

何度やってもクレジットカードの登録ができません。
カード情報を入れた後、読み込み画面が無限に続き失敗します。

以前にも同じレビューをされていた方がいますが直っておらず、店舗にいっても非会員向けの高い金額で入らざるを得なくなります(ブースも使えません)。

期待していただけに物凄く残念なガッカリシステムでした。
他の施設を使うことをお勧めします。

ジムが使いたく、ログインし、クレジットカード情報を登録しようとしましたが、何回やってもhooksstripe.comに遷移した後、ぐるぐるマークが続き、クレジットカードを登録できません。本体を再起動したり再ログインしたり一度アプリを削除して再インストールしたり別のクレジットカードを使ったり、Wi-Fi環境にしたりいろいろ試しましたが何をやってもダメでした。アクセや西新宿店で相談しましたが解決しませんでした。クレジットカードを登録して利用したいと思っているのでご対応お願いします。使用環境はiPhone 15 Pro Max iOS18.5です。

アクセアカフェの利用、入退店のシステムは非常に使いやすいが、アクセスするたびに毎回アップデートを強制されるのは非常にに面倒。軽微なものはパスできるようにならないのか？
昼過ぎに3時間パックで入店して、退出時にまたアップデートってあり得るか？で、今アクセスしたらまた強制アップデート。うーん、

ACCEA CAFEというのを使おうと思って店の前に書いてある案内どうりにアプリダウンロードしてログインしたら、なぜかビジネスマンのマッチングアプリでした。
しかも掲示板には詐欺じゃないかと思えるような投稿が目立ちます。
2000円で700人以上のリストもらえますとか無料ランチでお金の勉強しましょうとか100万円欲しい方募集とか？

とりあえず、カフェを利用したかっただけなのにマッチングアプリに登録させられたことがショックです。
アカウント削除したいですが方法が分かりません。
