The owners of this app have deserted this app they do not post any updates to this app. They do not make any improvements on this app. This app is filled with spam and it is loading spam into your phones. It is this app that is the source causing problems with your phone, screen, flashing, in adequate phone, charging, photo flickering. Don’t take my word for it! When is the last time you seen it update for this app ? People are naïve and gullible. Can’t say I didn’t warn you. ( you have been worn) case closed. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-09-05, version 1.1* I downloaded this app and watched the 1 min tutorial. It wouldn’t open for me after watching the tutorial. I deleted the app, downloaded the app again and still it would not work. The app appeared to be what I was looking for but it would not open. Can’t even use this app just gonna delete it and go a different route. ### 2/5 — after startup app keeps restarting *2020-08-14, version 1.1* installed, went through the how to and after i would go to the main menu it brings me back to the how to... ### 1/5 — Tiny business *2020-03-13, version 1.1* I’ve tried and used other apps just for making invoices , printing a copy and keeping a list of names , items sold, tax added and lists and totals of sales , and I can’t fine a way to get any of this done, I may have ten items on one invoice , this app wants a new invoice for every item. And you have to go through the tax nonsense every time you enter a product then it wants a different name than the last tax entered. Weirdest nonsense I ever seen. I’m afraid it’ll take me 20 minutes to make one invoice for one customer. I would give this app a negative 3 stars if I could !!! ### 1/5 — Don’t use it *2019-05-31, version 1.1* Developer only cares about their money I had changed my email account and I had thought I changed it on their website but I must’ve not got it done so then it wasn’t working right on my computer so I emailed them about the problem and they never responded so then I emailed them and told them to cancel my account and about the same time my email got changed so now I noticed I got charged my 79.99 yearly fee so I emailed them and they said we tried emailing you back but we got no response well don’t care that they didn’t get a response I told them to cancel it now they’re trying to tell me I need to logon to cancel and it’s out of their hands but I can’t logon because my logon is with my old Email this is just another company that wants their money, terrible customer service terrible product so if you want to get screwed out of money by people that don’t care go ahead and sign up. I’m still waiting for a response on how they’re going to take care of the situation worse case scenario I’ll call my bank and put a stop payment not that I should have to do that but evidently that’s the only way this company works ### 1/5 — Issues *2019-04-16, version 1.1* Some serious issues with this platform in the past it has been awesome but now there are some serious bugs. If the app was so good, why do they need fake reviews? I was fooled into downloading the app. I didn’t get very far before realizing this app wasn’t for me. I set up my business, then tried to create a customer and noticed it will not import from contacts. That was a deal breaker for me. I might have gone further into the app if I hadn’t realized all the good reviews were fake. Not so. I tap on knowledge base and nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Looking for a tutorial? Haven’t found one. Waiting to hear from staff on how to make features work. I am using the latest iPad Pro. I know this is a great app. I just can’t get it to function for me. If none of the information gets saved, you can work on this invoice for an hour and you will lose a lot of your information. I hate to say it but it’s actually worth paying $10 to another company. At least you will have your information and they do updates. This company doesn’t do updates. They don’t believe in updating their cell phone because they don’t believe in work. You’ll find the owner of this software the developer of this software at your local bar getting drunk every day. ### 1/5 — NOT COMPATIBLE WITH APPLE MAC! *2021-11-22, version 1.1* I have used this app for about 3 years since I opened my glass business, I got the $10 monthly plan, I used on my Windows computer, IPhone and everything was going good until I recently bought a APPLE MAC COMPUTER and guess what it is NOT COMPATIBLE! The problem is that in the phone or online does not work the same or does not have the same functions.
