## What is BJJ 101 Volume 3?

In this app, I will teach you the mechanics of several ankle, knee, and hip locks - which will allow you to gain leverage over your training partner’s lower extremities. Also, I will teach you a series of control positions that will allow you to take your time finishing the locks.
