I own almost all of Roy Dean's apps. His teaching style is concise, yet detailed. His command of the fundamentals, technical savvy, fluency and expertise are widely recognized, and a simple look at RDA's belt tests is proof that he is also skillful at imparting knowledge and elevating his students to a very high level of proficiency. The Blue Belt Requirements will especially appeal to newer BJJ practitioners looking to complement regular class and hone techniques needed to build a solid foundation. Whether you are at the beginning of your BJJ journey or further along, I wholeheartedly recommend Roy Dean's instructionals.
