I find the flow charts incredibly useful as a reminder of what options I have available from each position. This has been helpful for learning leg attacks as when I started all I could see was a jumble of limbs. Paired up with the demonstrations it’s game changing for me.

It’s also handy to revisit fundamentals and fix/ refine any technique creep. In a world where there are so many videos from so many practitioners it’s great to have a complete set to tap into that’s cohesive and complete from a world class athlete.

I have been using the other BJJFlowCharts for 2 years now, and my game improved a lot. I’m really looking forward to use this one, Ash is a really good guy and very pedagogic in his explanations.
