The app doesn’t have a working screen for saving addresses or cards so you have to re enter everything every time. The website saves both. Main difference is notifications but BJJHQ app doesn’t always notify me either. Deals are great, they sell good products, just a badly done app. ### 2/5 — Unusable *2022-03-31, version 3.0.1* I can’t even make an order because it won’t let me change the selection to Canada. ### 2/5 — App needs serious work *2021-07-16, version 3.0.1* Comment section is a joke, continues to revert me back to American version even though I’m a Canadian customer, difficult if not impossible to change most account settings. Come on guys. If I close the application and open it again rolling deals is turned off. My main beef is that I don't receive notifications when new deals start nor for rolling deals. Too bad it's now super slow and freezes up or crashes on me. I'd say 5 stars if it worked right. Clicking on the PayPal link to pay does absolutely nothing. Also can’t change my address, add a new address or select Canadian shipping. Missed out on a ton of rolling deals due to this glitch. Also will never remember my setting as Canadian location and reverts back to American every time I open the app. The website will at lest remember my Canadian setting but will again not let me change my address nor add a Canadian shipping address at all. Whenever rolling deals start I never ever get notifications thought out the day letting me know what's new even though the notifications are turned on. Fix the app you guys are losing money due to this. ### 2/5 — Payment Option is Garbage *2023-03-19, version 3.0.1* Being Canadian, my only payment option is PayPal, a company that can decide what is misinformation and charges $2,500 to those it doesn’t like (of course, they said they removed this policy). I recently purchased something and when my package was unfortunately stolen they immediately sent another without me asking. Well, those are from several years ago and now they do.
