Been coming to Bjs for years. It should start at 10% tip, then 15%. None of that money goes to the driver so after you end up tipping service fees end up costing about 30% of your total order. That is ridiculous. Using an app should be more convenient for them because it removes any human interaction. I started building an order, realized I wanted the non-default location, and switched stores. I then briefly left the app to check a few texts and look up food photos. When I returned, the app had restarted and my entire order was gone, so I had to build it from scratch. Since I had already switched locations once, I forgot to change the location again and accidentally placed the order at the wrong restaurant. The app should preserve the current order and selected location when you briefly switch to another app. Losing the entire cart makes for a frustrating user experience. ### 5/5 — Easy to use and track rewards *2026-08-02, version 4.7.8* The app makes it easy to see which rewards are expiring in which offers are available.
