It should start at 10% tip, then 15%. Both which is the traditional range. ### 4/5 — They took my order, then lost it! *2026-08-02, version 4.7.8* I like this place they have good food. Unfortunately the app has a little problem and that it takes your order while you’re waiting to sit down, but then the server has no idea where the order went. Even the manager was clueless. We had to basically put the same order in again! What is the point of offering functionality if you have no idea how to support it? But recently I can’t open the app because it says I need to upgrade my ios. None of that money goes to the driver so after you end up tipping service fees end up costing about 30% of your total order. That is ridiculous. Using an app should be more convenient for them because it removes any human interaction. I started building an order, realized I wanted the non-default location, and switched stores. I then briefly left the app to check a few texts and look up food photos. When I returned, the app had restarted and my entire order was gone, so I had to build it from scratch. Since I had already switched locations once, I forgot to change the location again and accidentally placed the order at the wrong restaurant.
