The "BKB Digital Banking" app gives you an overview of your finances directly on your smartphone at any time and from anywhere. The benefits for you: - Quick login using Touch ID or Face ID - Overview of your finances - Simply scan QR-bills - Call up current market data and carry out stock exchange transactions at any time Home screen Compile your own home screen to give you quick and easy access to the functions you use most. Sie ist langsam, mäßig übersichtlich und das Design erinnert einen an die ersten Apps die mit dem ersten iPhone im AppStore erhältlich waren. In letzter Zeit kann ich meinen Kontostand nicht sehen und keine Transaktionen betätigen, weil die App zum Laden eine Ewigkeit braucht. (Button Anmeldung reagiert nicht). Daraufhin App gelöscht, neu installiert und jetzt funktioniert die Neueinrichtung nicht, da mir die App sagt, meine selbst gewählte PIN sei ungültig. Es tut mir wirklich leid, BKB, aber gemäss der anderen Kommentare hier, scheint das Problem System zu haben. Zeit, eine komplett neue App zu entwerfen. Eine App, bei der nach einem Update, das Fehler beheben soll, mit mehr Fehler daherkommt, scheint nicht nur einen Systemfehler zu haben. Ich versuche dann wohl in der kommenden Woche mal wieder mit dem Telefonsupport mein Glück (welche Option bleibt mir auch sonst, auch das ein grosses Manko) Nachtrag: wenigstens der Telefonsupport konnte das Problem dann durch die Einrichtung des mTAN Verfahrens schnell lösen.
