You can’t withdraw your funds and the customer service repeats some automated messages which are not helpful. Avoid this exchange please. Always give the same automated responses to questions. Removed the Buy and sell function for ZOOT and set a deadline to withdraw token but makes it impossible to withdraw the token. Can’t get any help from customer service on the issue. Then charges a gas fee to withdraw a token that they frozen on their exchange. Definitely won’t be using again.
