Daha önce farklı isimlerden de program aldım ama yok olmuyor, gerçekten Baran hoca gibisini tanımam bu işte. Program ve beslenme anlatımları çok iyi, çok faydasını gördüm. Uygulama sayesinde her ikisinin takibini de çok rahat bir şekilde yapabiliyorum. Sonucu görünce yıllardır boşa kürek sallamış olduğumu anladım, şimdiki aklım olsa 7-8 yıl önce başlardım Baran hocayla çalışmaya.
